When I first acquired this book there were 2 others available and were priced between 15,000 and 27,000 Euros. Information about the title or publisher has not been found. Additional details I have are: Verlag von Felix Bagel
1890, 2 Auflage Dusseldorf. Anybody a German Monarchy expert who can give more clues about the value?
